Cart Item Limit

I setup my Online Square Website.  I have the paid professional version.  When a customer tries to Checkout they are only allowed to have 2 items in there cart.  Once there are 2 items in the cart it makes all other items in my store unavailable.  What am I doing wrong? How do I get this fixed?
