Invalid Access License number when setting up UPS Account

I am trying to set up UPS as a shipper for our online store.  I am getting this message when I complete the online form:

Invalid Access License number

Does anyone know what information this is asking for? What is an access license number?

Hey there, @TinBoss - 

Have you reached out to UPS about this number at all? Normally, this is coming directly from them and it means your account number has not been added your profile. 

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
