Invoice editing

Hello everyone.  When I try and add my logo to the invoice during setup using a Chrome browser on my PC I keep getting messages that my image file format is not of the proper type JPG etc but I am using the proper format.  It will not update for me.  Any suggestions.

The same happens when I use MS Edge browser.

Resolved.  For some reason my file would not work but other JPG files would.  I used Canva to recreate my image and it worked perfectly.  

 

*I went onto the Square Facebook page and messaged them for some support and they helped me within minutes.  Very prompt response from them which was appreciated.
