Is anyone else experiencing a issue with afterpay, their website or account??

It started with my AFTERPAY not working. But I was able to use it and make a sale right before it stopped showing up on my website. I've had it escalated, but it's been over a month, and still no answers on why or when it'll be fixed. It's affecting my sales. My website shows afterpay at the bottom of the site but won't allow the payment breakdown. I've been trying to avoid taking it done. Hoping that the issue will be working soon. All the technical support team can tell me is that it's a bug within the sysytem and they have escalated the issue support team. I need answers, or I need to go to another booking system!
