My square up store was transferred to the new system, but it did not include my flat-rate shipping fee. I just received an order and there is no shipping fee. Not pleased. Where do I change this? Thanks for any help.

That's unfortunate that your original shipping rate wasn't transferred. For instructions on making a new flat-rate shipping fee, see the article on setting up shipping rates in our support center..
