So sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your order notifications. First things first, will you make sure your settings are confirmed correct from the application itself? - also, what specific device are you using?
It is worth noting that push notifications will only be available if you are running the Point of Sale app, but you can always opt into email notifications for your orders.
