Payment dispute handling

Hi everyone,

 

I've unfortunately received four payment disputes from the same customer. Looking like scam/fraud. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same and can give me some reassurance or unfortunate truth about how Square handle these? 

 

I've submitted as much evidence as I can, but I'm wondering if people have had positive/negative experiences with disputes using Square so I can get an idea of what to expect. Such a pain having funds held for 90 days when products have been shipped and delivered.
