Square Online/Facebook Sync not working this week

Just wondering if anyone knows why new items I put on my Square Online website are not syncing with Facebook...it was fine last week, but this week it's not doing it.  Has something changed?

 

Facebook tried to sync 1 item and gave me an error of a description missing, my item does have one!!  I haven't done anything different when adding my items than I was doing before...

 

I'm confused!!

Hey @wiredathart,

 

Sorry to hear your sync is doing this. Unfortunately with the Facebook/Online Store sync we aren't able to do much since the issues are typically on the Facebook Business Manager end.

 

I'd recommend taking a look at this Support Center article to see if that helps with those description errors you're getting. I did a little digging and found that this helped some other sellers experiencing the same issues.
