Square Online orders queue

Is there a way to manually place an order, without collecting payment, for a customer to be filled at a later date and the order shows up in the Orders queue for processing at a later date? 

 

I tried this with the Tickets feature, but I don't see an option to choose a specific date and time with Tickets.
