I have two locations that both use the Sticky Label Printer and both printers are intermittently printing duplicate online orders. I've verified that only one iPad has online orders selected for printing. We've had this issue with API access on our site and now via GoParrot with square integration. Any suggestions?
@Mrpotatospread Are you using the point of sale UI refresh? There is a current bug they are working on that causes online orders to print twice. The current work around is to go to settings and revert the UI to the old version for the time being. The work around I am using is I have an android version of the Point of Sale app set up on a tablet to print online orders. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
