I processed a refund to my client, square removed the money from my account and has not returned it to the client, its been over a month.
Square advised me to dispute the original charge on the clients end but there bank will not allow it as the issue isn't with that transaction it is with the withdrawal transaction on my square and my account side.
The real issue here is that square claims they can't track the money so what do I do?
My clients bank and my bank are the same
We went and talked to the bank manager and have been informed they can't dispute original charge as that would be fraud on there end and has to be done through square who claim they can't do anything
