We are a coffee roaster and we sell direct to consumer via our Square Online platform. We also use Square as our POS at markets, etc.
We have a wholesale client who runs their retail on Shopify. We've created a custom coffee roast product for them that they are wanting to sell to their end customers via their Shopify platform.
Rather than hold inventory (fresh coffee is best!), we are wanting to have their Shopify platform automatically generate an order to our Square POS or Square Online platform in a way that we see the order and the fulfillment information and a way for us to provide confirmation of fulfillment back to our wholesale client to their Shopify platform.
Anyone out there ever done this successfully?
