declined appointments

I declined an appointment and lost the customer's info. I also do not have the email that is sent when someone requests and appt.  I did not keep record of the person I declined. Is there a way to see the appointments I decline? I need to try to contact these people to reschedule their appointments. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the Community. 


If you go to the Calendar section under your Appointments tab - you will see an option to change the view to week, month, etc. In the drop-down menu there is an option to "show cancelled appointments".

Hi. I have the same issue as the other individual. I declined an appointment but now don't have any of the information. My calendar is set up to show all cancelled appointments however, the declined appointments don't show up at all. Is there another solution?

Cancelled appointments should show up in your calendar as @Kassi_ listed above.


To do so:

  1. Navigate to the Appointments page of your online Square Dashboard.

  2. Click on your calendar view.

  3. Click on either DayWeek5-Day, or Month.

  4. Select Show canceled appointments.

Make sure you're on the full Dashboard too and not the mobile/app version. Declined and cancelled Appointments may be different but I'm not for sure since I'm not a specialist for our Appointments.

This solution doesn't work to see declined appointments. Declined appointments were never on our calendar to begin with so that are not "cancelled." There is a way to see the list of appointments that were/are on your calendar - now I can't remember how to get there. Also I found the email that was sent for me to accept or decline the appointment and was able to get the client information from there. Thank you though.

The list of was speaking of before is under appointments/settings/history.  I was able to find the one that I had declined and all the client information was available.
