Feature request: deleting replies to reviews

Hello - I started replying to some of my reviews - but with hindsight would like now to hide my reply without deleting the review. Please could we have a 'hide reply' option for reviews?

It would also be brilliant to get an email when a review has been left.

I think it's nice to see when a business replied to a review; it shows that you are actively engaged with customers and people might be more likely to purchase.
