Compared to other online platforms for ordering like Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo, Square only has the one sound notification where the others will constantly ring for a long period to get attention of the staff working. Can this be looked into as at times we have missed the initial notification and have had to wait for another notification after 5 minutes. This can be the difference from a satisfied customer who expects food to be on time and an unhappy customer who will complain that its taken too long.
Also, another feature that would be good is a custom item button(s).
'Custom Drink' so that it can go to the bar
And
'Custom Food' which can go to either the bar or kitchen depending on how the location is set up.
