Items Don't add on Mobile Site

Hello.  I recently created a square online site and have done everything.  Everything seemed to work fine when on the computer, however when you try and add an item from a phone (android or apple) the cart says "Your cart is empty" and will not add products.  

 

In the digital world we live in, most people use their phones, can you help me fix this.

hello @isabelle ,

 

When you add the items to the cart on a mobile device, the cart opens and says "Your cart is empty" as shown in the picture

It’s say cart is empty- I had 3 customers say that they couldn’t use the site

Hey @Glosscity-

 

I reached out to one of our Online Store specialists, and they advised that the issue is with your domain. They suggested the following:

 

If you want to use the current domain with the site, you need to either point the domain and change the site address/publish, or just forward the domain to the free subdomain.

 

Does that make sense? If not, please give us a call
