Currently customers do not receive notification when we “mark in progress”. To prevent frequent calls from customers checking the status during meal service, can we add this feature? Thank you so much.

Currently, text/email notifications are only sent when the order is marked Ready for pickup, not when the order is in progress. You can tell your customers to assume their order is already in progress if they calling within the prep time window that appears on their order confirmation.

I agree!! Yes customer’s are aware of the processing timeframe but this will keep them in the loop even more. Especially around holidays when we’re packed with orders.
