Has anyone come across buyers having issues changing “shipping” to “delivery” or “pick up” at check out?
I’ve now had multiple customers email us saying they are not given an option to change shipping to free delivery. I had a friend send me screen shots and the check out looks complete different from mine.
What am I missing?

It's currently unavailable, changing fulfillment can only be done via clicking on the cart at the moment. We also have customer complaints in regards to this.

I just set up 2 options in my check out for shipping. One for shipped items and the other for pick up. In the listing and confirmation email I outlined all the pick up details.
