Our store will only let customers purchase 1 item at a time.

Hi! My store is set up and you can only buy one item per purchase - definitely not what we want. All parameters are correct (add to cart is checked vs buy now).

What do we do?!? This is for a seed sale for our elementary PTA non-profit and we need to get this fixed fast.
