Why do I have an item, but it shows no item when I select it by customizing it?

Hi @qbu 👋 thanks for flagging this.

 

To confirm, you have an item created in your Square Online Overview, but when you try to add it via Site Editor it's not appearing? 

 

I would double-check that your item appears in the link I added above rather than your Item Library  which would have your physical items in it. 

 

I'd also recommend clearing cache and cookies on your device and trying again from a different device or browser.
