How Does A Franchise Work With Square?

What is the best way to set up a franchise on square?

Do I set up a second location?  or does the franchisee have a way to copy the menu and port it over to a new account?

The main area that confuses me is the bank accounts per location - I wouldn't want the franchisee to be able to change my deposits,  and they'd prefer I can't redirect there bank account either.

Anyone able to help?

Every Square account is activated under an individual, federal law requires that all financial institutions obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. Checkout more information here about sign up. 

 

Once your account it activated you can import inventory into the system, or manually add them in. If you need the inventory to be in another Square account you will use the import/export feature. 

 

Only the owner of the account, and whoever they authorized can make changes to the Square account and bank information. Square's team management and the authorized representative feature is there to ensure account security.
