help! connection issues cant take payments

hi all, 

PLEASE HELP. 

Im having real issues with connecting my reader to my apps. I got it to work last week but today it just wont connect in appointments app or square app. I am unable to take payments until i can fix this. knightmare having to keep cliients waiting!! it keeps saying unabvailable when i try. I have dont the flashinf red light and reconnected bluetooth. forgot device on bluetooth and apps and tried again and it just wont work!

please help
