We are currently having issues with items being marked as sold out on our POS and from our Dashboard but customers are still able to order. We've had this happen with both items and modifiers.

I do want to clarify when you say "Customers are still able to order." Is this in-store, or online? Whenever you have a moment please provide more details so we can better assist.

I am saying that customers are able to order online. I find this happens a lot with 3rd party ordering too. We are integrated with Chowly and sometimes customers who order for delivery through a 3rd party can still order an modifer or some items even if it has been marked as sold out
