Looking at a calendar full of appointments can be overwhelming and confusing, especially when you are trying to decipher which appointment belongs to whom. I’m very excited to announce the newest improvements to Square Appointments designed to keep you, your staff, and your clients more organized.
To help keep everyone on the same page, our Appointments team is excited to announce two new features!
- Custom colors for each staff member’s appointments
- Ability for Clients to sync Appointments to their personal devices
Taking a quick glance at your Appointments calendar doesn’t always provide the information you need. To help differentiate each staff member’s appointments, you can now designate a color to each staff member’s appointments. This should help get you the information you need in just a quick glance! Its simple to set up:
- Log in to your Square Appointments Dashboard
- Select your Staff tab > Employee profile
- Scroll to the bottom of their profile and select a color to display their appointments.
Your calendar will display all of your staff appointments in their corresponding colors, making it a breeze to read your calendar, no matter how many staff members you have listed!
Your staff already benefitted from appointment notifications and calendar syncing, but your clients didn’t have that ability… until now! Your customers now have the option to sync their Appointments to their personal calendars so they will never forget an appointment!
When your client receives an email confirmation for their appointment, they will see the option to add the appointment to their personal calendars with one click!
