How to add comment to modify food order?

Trying to set up online Weebly store for online food orders and enable customization.  I see can add modifiers and would like customers to have ability to communicate what they may like removed(ie: no onion).   Thank you!

Definitely, you can turn on a setting that allows your customer to leave a note for the seller at Checkout. 

Go to your Online Store Dashboard > Settings > Checkout. Scroll to the bottom to Advanced Settings.

Hello, I see that you can leave a comment at checkout when you placing online orders, however that comment upon checkout is not available upon people using applepay/googlepay.

On top of that, comment per item is no available or I can't find the setup on weebly.

Please help!
