Very easy, local ads in your newspaper. Go to Farmers Markets and set up a small stand. Visit your local grocery store and see if they have any interest. Try a small stand in front of your house.

Go to the farmers market. A lot of vendors are actually resellers. Keep in mind that they have to fetch a low enough price so that they can mark it up (and make a profit themselves). If it cost too much, people won't buy it (organic or otherwise).

I can say from my experiance being a buyer for my own store and trying to only do local grown, what i have found is that there are small distibution centers that sell to smaller stores, and like in WA we have several sites set up by colleges that will list your farm and contact information so stores can look you up.  The key is to get your name on every list and get involved with those that are supporting the local foods movement.  Some other farms do a agrotourisme thing where they do tours and classes at the farm to bring people in and get known.
