Square KDS feature request

Hello

i am requesting an important missing feature. 

I currently have a kds set up as the following

1 kds for appetizers

1 kds for entrees

when a customer places an order with for example: 2 appetizers 2 entrees

a ticket will display showing apps 

and a ticket will display on the second kds showing entrees simultaneously. 

my feature request having an option so that the entrees do not appear on the second kds until the appetizers have been completed.

KDS FEATURE REQUEST!

ticket time prioritization 

for example:

currently

Ticket 1: Square online order;

comes in at 6pm and needs to be completed by 7pm

ticket 2: QR self serve order;

comes in at 6:05pm, needs to be completed by 6:20pm

ticket 3: square online order; comes in at 6:10, needs to be completed by 6:30pm

request that tickets get placed into kds based on required completion time and not order processed time.

so in a perfect would the ticket order would be

2>3>1

because when we have 30 tickets and they all have different completion times. It’s a serious pain in the butt to make the orders in the correct completion time request.
