I have 3 size pizzas and 3 modifiers related the sizes for example 9" topping, 12" toping 14" topping with different prices.
and I would like whenever costumers choose 9" pizza only can choose 9" topping modifiers

Hi @Kamran, thanks for your post! At the moment, modifiers are apply at an item-level so it isn't possible to associate a particular set to just one variation only.
An alternative would be to create the variation as its own item. So rather than having one item called pizza with three variations, you can create three items called pizza (size). That way, you'll be able to make sit so customers can only choose the modifiers related to that particular size.

Does anyone know if they plan to incorporate this feature in the future? Splitting one item with three sizes into three separate items makes the product page look very clunky.
