Retailers, How was your Black Friday weekend?

Hi Retailers....

How has your holiday season been so far? More specifically last weekend's kick off? 

Right now it looks like we are about the same or down 1% year-over-year which I will Take.. It's been. fight for sure- lots of upselling, personal attention, and really knowing what our high-value customers are looking for.

Of course, we are in the middle of flu season here and have been down a few employees so we are all pretty exhausted!

We are down slightly more than that, but the last two years were oddly good years for us as people were headed to the beach during the pandemic. If we take out the pandemic years, our store is seeing a consistent growth rate, which we are thankful for given everything.

We have also seen a good number of our type of stores open up nearby, so it should be interesting to see. Guess we have to keep innovating.

We were down by 5% but overall not bad.  I didn't do as much social media promotion as last year so I think it was more attributed to that.
