Just changed bank accounts and can't take a payment through the virtual terminal.  I've charged this customer before and have confirmed that the information on her debit card is correct.

Declined payments are never fun - in this case, I would suggest having your customer reach out to their bank to confirm the reason for the failed payment or try with a different payment method. If you have done that already then we could try some browser troubleshooting to remove any possible errors there.
