I'm trying to set up a website with Square Online for a craft fair that my workplace is hosting online. I can't get the website to cooperate though: of my 40-ish items, none are available. Here's what I get on the website:
And indeed, from the items page it shows "-" for stock.
Thing is, I have set a stock amount for the item at the location and am tracking stock for the item at the location. So what is the problem??
When I edit the item in Online, it even recognizes the stock for that location, but still says "-" for what's available.
My only conclusion is that the issue is being caused by the status location being "unknown." After lots of googling, I haven't been able to figure out why that is, what it's referencing, or where to fix it.
Very frustrated!!! Please help, my site needs to work before Thursday!
