Why does my Online Store say not accepting order?

When you click on a product in my online store it says not available and Our store is not currently accepting orders. 

please help

Under the Checkout page in your Weebly Settings tab, do you have "Accept online orders" toggled on? It should look like this:

 

 

Let me know if that is, in fact, turned on and you're still running into trouble.

Heya @MrsKM and welcome to the Community.

 

I moved your post to an existing thread that goes over where to find the toggle to make sure you have the ability to accept orders.

 

Also make sure that you have fulfillment options set up for each item as well as making sure you have a location for pickup in > Settings Pickup & Delivery.

 

For anyone else experiencing an issue where it states their site is not secure, that's a different issue. For that, you'd want to go to Website > General Settings, use the unpublish option at the bottom, then go back to the website editor and publish the site. That should trigger the system to issue a new SSL certificate as long as the domain is configured correctly.

I have everything set up through square as far as payment and sync. But the site still says "This store is not yet accepting payments" on check out.

 

Please help this is urgent since I need to have this store up by Tuesday Noon

my site is Brianherrera.shop

We (Evolve chocolate + cafe) do NOT have that toggle option - - or at least we cannot find it. I believe we've looked everywhere - -

I have this issue that happens at random as well I noticed when you refresh the page it seems to work again. It’s frustrating because there’s no decernable pattern

Hello! I am having the same problem. I have everything set up and ready but when I try putting up a product it says that “the store is not yet accepting payments”. I have already set up the payments, shipping fees, etc. and I also have the *accept online orders* on. Please advise me on how to go about this so I can have my site up and running. We are logged into Square, have searched and searched and not seeing the buttons and options described in this thread. How do we make the cart "live" and get rid of the RED "our store is currently not accepting orders"?

I’ve tried turning the toggle on and off and I’m having this same issue. I’ve been able to sell online tickets but I can’t sell anything now that I added physical retail items?

I've gone through the answers in the discussion....can't figure out how to remedy this one.  Plenty of stock, says available in everything I've set up.....when people go to buy it denies them, saying "our store is currently not accepting orders".

 

At a loss here....can you give me some guidance?

yes, it looks like that.  I also have a green box in the back office saying ACCEPTING PAYMENTS but when using my live website, it says we are not accepting payments. 

I'm a new business with a new website and am LOOSING customers!

I am having the exact same issue. I checked my checkout settings and YES my toggle is turned ON for accepting online orders. My connect payments is connected - bright green box says connected. But when going to my actual website it says not accepting orders. What happened and how do I fix? I did not change anything.

Hi there @helus7,

 

It looks like this could be related to the SSL on your website. It appears there is an issue in the SSL, which makes the website show a not secure notice. Our system will not allow your customers to purchase when the SSL is not turned on, to prevent any kind of errors with their payment. 

 

We recommend first checking with your domain provider that you have two A records pointing to 199.34.226.164 with the hosts set as @ and www. If you do have those already, please let us know and we can take a closer look!

This SSL issue happened the day square purchased the google domains. We got notified on our blogger sites that the SSL was messed up for some reason & then our online weebly sites were suddenly shut off. I also got told there was a copyright disney infringement issue, when their wasn't. everything is turned on on our dashboard to accept orders, but there is a notification in grey on my dashboard that also says "not accepting orders". The call center rep was unable to help me & said my online store had been shut off by your people not me, but there was no reason for it. I have had my site down for months now. Did your company do this on purpose to attack small businesses that aren't on your paid plans? This is really **bleep**ty.

I have the same issue. I'm not understanding why. Every thing is turned on as it should be. We have been using the online store before. Now as we start back up, we run into the same issue as others. the accepting orders is toggled on but when the customers go to pay for their selections, the reposonse is we are not accepting orders. We have been trying to correct this for the last two weeks and nothing has changed. we called the 855# and it sends a text that isnt working. What do we do?!?
