I thought I placed an order for custom plastic gift cards, but I haven't received a notification/confirmation. Can I find out if there was an order placed so I don't end up double ordering?

When you placed your order, did you receive an order confirmation via email? You can also see the orders you have placed in your Square dashboard under Account & Setting > Square Accessories > Order Status. Please note, if you were not logged into your account when you placed the order you may not see the order here.
