Some of our customers have received this message when processing payments via our website, despite the fact that their details (card data, address. post code, email etc) were completely accurate. Is this the correct forum to ask for someone to investigate it?

Sorry to hear you're running into this. We can't investigate account-specific issues here in the Community as it's a public forum.
However, this particular error is one I've seen before and usually comes as a result of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) not being implemented fully on the host's end.
For context, the deadline for SCA to be implemented was the 14th of March 2022. We have a great article which goes through what SCA is and what it means for our Square sellers, which you can find here.
