Clock on square register won't stay set

It's not super important but every morning we come open the register the clock is ahead two hours. When we set it to automatic for central time zone it shows 2 hours ahead the next day and even when we set it manually the next day its ahead two hours again.

@Renniescookies I'm sorry about this. Our engineering team is aware of this issue and working to fix it as we speak.

 

I don't have a timeline for when this will be resolved (it should be soon!) but I'll post again here to let you know. Thanks for your patience!

Hi again @Renniescookies! I went to check for an update for you and our engineers confirmed that this issue has been fixed. 

 

I recommend making sure you're running the latest software on your Register so you have this fix, as well as all of the new features. To update tap the down arrow at the top of your Register > tap Settings. Scroll to the device section, tap General > About Register > Software Update.
