When I click on deactivate.
a pop up goes like this.
We are sorry to see you go.
(yellow banner under that for notice) Un able to deactivate your account.
It looks like your application to accept credit, debit cards was declined. We are unable to complete deactivation. (end of notice)
(Continue remaining pop up) Are you sure? can not undo this action.
Warning. After deactivating your Square Account ........

Cancel button is active and deactivate is disabled.
I can not get past the bot on chat, but i gues it is out side their hours I do not know sent 3 emails and hoping cs can call or something and fix this.
the other account has been active for 3 years and i messed up and made a new one and F I feel triggered by the Chat bot
