Edited email address but Square Online order emails are still going to the old email address?

[The title of this thread has been adjusted from the original: Transactions are going to the old email address but everything else comes to the current one]

 

We changed our account email address but sales transactions keep getting sent to the old email address.  Daily sales and transfers come to the new address but all orders are going to the old email.  Help . . .
