Everything is updated and the exchange button still doesn’t show up when I go through Transactions. I’m using the terminal, not an iPad or iPhone. Thanks for any help.

Did this option appear in a previous version, or was it advertised somewhere that an exchange button should appear now? At one point should the exchange button appear?

Exchanges are doable only with the Square for Retail app which isn't integrated with the Square Terminal yet. @JUYBoutique20.
We're working to bring Retail to the Terminal in the near future.

Hi Jacqueline! Following up here, last month we launched Square for Retail on Square Terminal -- so you should now be able to process Exchanges on your device if you subscribe to Square for Retail Plus. Hope this helps!
