Hi we have been using square for payments for some time and added an online product page last summer during lockdown. We set products and shipping or collection for items. In the last few days we have had some customers place orders and expect free shipping, sometimes same day. We have not changed any options, we cannot offer this service especially for free. This has lead to some very unhappy customers. I have just changes the settings in delivery settings after finding that delivery fee was set to Free Delivery. This has not been set by us. Please ensure any updates do not default this back in place.

Thanks for your feedback @TPFay and I'm sorry you had this experience. Rest assured that once you have set your delivery fee, it will not be change automatically by the system and will need to be action by someone with access to the account. I will flag this with our team as well to make sure everything is working as intended.
