Someone used my link to sign up but my account doesn't show that I have free processing. Why?

@CancunKisses You can see if your free processing has been applied from your online Square Dashboard.
Keep in mind, if your friend didn't use the link to sign up then the free processing won't be automatically applied. If that happened please email or call our CS team who can help you with the next steps!

I am new and I have been trying to redeem my free processing. I know that a friend of mine signed up through my link and it is not showing on either of our ends that we are receiving free processing. Can someone please help or explain why I am not receiving?
