Hello! I am a therapist and inputted the client's HSA information making note of the HSA Card number, Exp Date and CVV. I also checked to make sure that the account I am connecting the transaction to is my business account. I also verified through my email etc. The HSA was declined again. Am I missing something? The HSA is a Master Card. Help!

Hi there,
Are you aware of what the amount on the HSA card is? If you're attempting to charge more than it has on it, it'll decline it....vs. charging what it is able and leaving the balance due? Does that make sense? You're probably already aware of this, so apologies for the rudimentary advice.
