I would love to continue using Square as my business tool but SQUARE allowed a $5000.00 fraudulent charge on my Square debit card and still has not credited my account after weeks of my calling customer service. I just signed up for the Savings & Checking services as well but it looks like I will have to take my business elsewhere if this is not remedied soon!! Such a shame as the invoicing app is great, the payment portal is wonderful and I have been using CashApp for years. In six months, over $50K in payments received but my calls go unanswered to make my account whole again.
