I recently added pick up back in as a fulfillment option, keeping shipping as my default method. For some reason, almost every item in my store now only has pick up toggled on the individual items' pages, and it appears that I will have to manually toggle shipping in each item. Is there an overarching way to get everything marked as available to be shipped?

I hope I'm not too late in answering this, but yes you can bulk edit the fulfillment options. 🎉
Navigate to the Square Online dashboard, then click on Items > Site Items from the left side navigation menu. Check the box at the top of your item list to select all, then click Bulk Edit in the top right corner. You will see the Set Fulfillment option where you can then select the fulfillment methods you wish to provide.
