Hey Yall!
I am trying to figure out how to see my employees booked appointments compared to their availability as a percentage. I am then going to use this percentage to calculate their bonuses over a given period of time. Square Appts did not have any ideas and I set up an appt with Square Payroll.
Any other ideas?

Have you tried using the Team Sales Report?
It is not a utilization rate but you will be able to see who has the most sales for their appointments and you can manually set some benchmarks for weekly/monthly/quarterly targets and tell them what Bonuses they could get if they hit those targets.

Hi Luke,
That is a great idea, I have looked through Team Sales and now talked to Square Payroll. Unfortunately, my team charges the same amount for each appointment. So I need to see this as a percent of their hours. We have employees with different schedules so a numeric target wont work :/. I am thinking of trying a third-party software?
