I Can’t connect instagram to enable booking

I had square connected to a old instagram that was disconnected and removed and now I have a new account and I’m trying to link it with my square but it fails and says I need to seek admin permission but not how, any help would be great.

Hi @Chay1 - thanks for the screenshot. 

 

Can you run though the following steps: 

 

  1. Head your Square Online site editor
  2. Choose Instagram feed.
  3. Select the Connect Instagram button  

Do you see your old account linked there? There are some images here that may help - you might just need to remove the old account.

Hello, 

I have run through these steps a couple of times and when I select the connect to instagram option it automatically opens up my instagram app and then tells me it has failed. 
unfortunately the only information it gives it that it has failed and to try again later which I’ve been doing for over a week now.
