I cannot find my Transfer

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: No Deposit

 

I am new to square, i did a test purchase on Friday 8th it shows a transaction # but it has not gone to my account and i can't get ahold of anyone at Square.

 

any advice?

Hey there @Kevin69 -

 

Friday sales are held over the wknd until Sunday night. Have you checked Dashboard under BalanceTransfer Reports around the 10th to confirm the funds were sent?

 

If you're still having trouble, reach out to our CS Team. They'll give you trace info to take to your bank to help locate your deposit.
