Hmm, are you signed into the the right Account and Location (if applicable)? Are you getting an error message when viewing those sales reports?

Yes I loged in by my Squareup id.
I can see transactions in my ipad but my report doesn't change anything.
in my dashboard I can't see transaction and report
no there is no error massage
I already did reinstall and log out log in. Turn off turn on

Are these transactions awaiting to be settled with a tip? Unsettled transactions won't reflect in reports until then.

Yes, if you capture the tip on screen, no need to settle them. Can you check Dashboard > Reports > Transaction Status to make sure those payments are captured?
If all looks good there, reach out to CS so they can take a closer look.

Yes on my Ipad and square terminal both can show me the transactions. I can see customers name, tips, card
but My report is always 0$
and then I can't see transaction and report my phone and computer on my dashboard
