There are times when the client's spam filter blocks the invoice. They will need to check their spam folder. If this happens and it does there is a workaround.
Open up the invoice and click "More" in the top right corner. Then select share. Copy the URL and paste it into an email and send it to them. All they have to do is click the link and it will bring up the invoice for payment.
