Ive been trying for 2 weeks to login & load onto your Tax website but without success

I've been trying for 2 weeks to load your website and give you my EIN number but your website fails to load. there is no problem with my password because I see the circle spinning but without any results.

Sorry that you're going through this. The IRS website can sometimes experience high traffic, but it usually is able to be accessed within 24 hours (if not less). Was this still happening to you, or were you able to update your information?
