Just received chip card reader charged it and it is saying chip reader damaged??
Customer service has been impossible to get a hold of chip card reader saying damaged after first charge and first use??

Sounds like the chip reader may have been damaged during shipping, which unfortunately can happen occasionally, but not to worry! We have you covered.
You can file a warranty claim here: squareup.com/shop/reader/warranty and we will get you a new reader right away!
